The valley is quiet now, but the municipal layout for January 2027 is already forming.

With the new 125 building permit cap locked, late-coming corporate pavilions are already facing outright rejection along the Promenade. We are tracking chalet allocations, street buyouts, and transit slots in real time while the inventory vanishes.

Running since 2014, this has grown from a small gathering into one of the most talked-about lunches of the week — over 1,600 guests at recent editions, with live music and, we're told, a contribution towards the DJ in the same spirit as the AI House. Photo below is from a past edition; it happens every year, so don't miss it.

Broadcast areas are generally open to passers-by; studio sessions can be invite-only.
