The unofficial programme
Most of what people mean by "Davos" happens outside the Congress Centre: in the Houses, at dinners and along the Promenade. Most of it needs no WEF badge.
The week, day by day
A Davos day has its own rhythm: breakfast meeting, morning panel, lunch, another meeting, an afternoon reception, dinner, then a nightcap that runs later than anyone plans. Not every one of those has a public listing. What we do track is below.
Most 2027 programmes are not out yet
Houses and hosts settle their own programmes in the months before the week, and many publish them late. Be patient, and be among the first to see them: we email when a programme is published and checked.
We only write when programmes are published. Your email stays with Davos Access: we never sell it or pass it on. Reply stop to any email and we remove you.

Last minute? Come to us
How we help: Arriving next week, or tomorrow, with nowhere to stay or nowhere to meet? Come to us and we will try to help: a bed when the town is full, a meeting room on the day, a venue for a dinner decided the night before. We keep track of what is still free in Davos and Klosters, including places that come free late.
Done before: A small group with WEF White Badges had their accreditation but nowhere to sleep, at the point when every bed seemed taken. We found them a house.
First time in Davos, or your tenth January
How we help: Coming for the first time, we explain the whole week: where to stay, how badges and access work, which events are worth your time. Coming back for the tenth time, you tell us what you want and we arrange it, and you can pre-book next year while the best places are still free.
Done before: We work with people coming to Davos for the first time and with people who have come every January for a decade. Many of our clients come back to us year after year.
